AFA.2015.0083_Report of Characterization of the Existing Situation (Heritage Descriptor) in the Project Rio-Maior Line - Carvoeira, from Carregado Line - Rio Maior, at 220 / 400kV

This project is a reformulation of the old Rio Grande Project - Carvoeira Line Project, from Carregado Line - Rio Maior, at 220 / 400kV, target of a PATA by the same signatory. However due to project alteration issues, it was not effective and was remade. Within the scope of the Development and Investment Plan of the Electricity Transmission Network (PDIRT) 2016-2025, a new 220 kV connection was planned between Rio Maior and Carvoeira with subsequent connection to the Greater Lisbon area. This need arises from the fact that the Carvoeira RNT substation is currently supplied through two 220 kV circuits, but that in the section of arrival to this substation are supported in the same supports.
