There were several moments of transformation of the architectural space of the house, these altered the primitive residences, creating new dynamics in the set. Analyzing the patrimonial values ​​that make up the set, we must then consider that the set formed by the mother house, production spaces, gardens and chapel must be protected and safeguarded. As a general minimization measure, archaeological follow-up is proposed while work is carried out involving soil movements at the subsoil level to the geological substrate, as well as the dismantling of structures.
