AFA.2009.0014_Reconstruction of Residence, located at Rua do Carmo, 67 to 69, Penafiel

In the ambit of this work, there were works of opening of box to set the floor. These works were always accompanied by archaeologists. In addition, the revolved lands were always verified, and there were no physical traces, contexts, structures, or archaeological constraints along the excavation work. Stratigraphically the zone of implantation of the project is characterized by poor soils generally of brown color, argilo / arenosos with inclusion of a lot of trash and with a stratigraphic power of about 40cm. In project questions, no work is scheduled in the basement of the building, and the building structure is fully realized. In this way, it is concluded that the Archaeological Monitoring is concluded, because the next work of the project will not involve the subsoil.
