The façade facing Travessa do Passeio Alegre will be partially maintained and recovered, in its essential architectural and construction elements. This remodeling and enlargement will result in 5 houses: two on the ground floor (1 T0 + 1 T1); two on the first floor (2 T1); and one (T2) on the 2nd floor. All compartments in each of the fires meet the minimum areas, feet-rights, area and number of ventilation and lighting spans according to RGEU.
