This project provides for the rehabilitation of an old single-family dwelling, dating from the seventeenth century, which was currently the office function. According to the descriptive Report of this project, the works intend to resume an approximation with the volumetry closest to the original in direct dialogue with the surrounding environment. In this sense, it is proposed to maintain the edges of the ridge as the summit, guaranteeing the current configuration of the cover, except for the area where there is currently a break line in the intersection of two coverage planes with different slopes, a result of the expansion carried out in 1987. In this way the intervention allows us to create a runway across the width of the lot and marked by the existing balustrade and that serves of outer space associated with the rooms through new glazing.
