The project in question involves the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new two-family house with basement and parking, which will reach a quota of approximately 2.10 m depth. The proposed solution rests on the gable of the existing building, the Nascente advancing until the alignment of the existing volumes of the same building. The basement floor will consist of two garages and two storage rooms, totaling three covered parking spaces. Floor 0 (ground floor) will have a type T2 fire; the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor is composed of 1 type T1 fire that occupies both floors. The projected fires are independent and have a common part (backyard), which gives access to the public road.
