The link from Mondim de Basto to EN210 takes place between the towns of Celorico de Basto and Mondim de Basto, in an area where agricultural and forestry activities are predominant and where industrial activity has some expression (mainly in the initial zone of the route). The location of the route is characterized by the presence of dispersed rural clusters which are normally located in the vicinity of the most fertile terrain (on the banks of the main Veade and Tâmega water lines). The new linkage interferes with two national roads, namely sections of EN304 and EN210, and has a total development of about 3,645 m, in the current section, mostly in the municipality of Celorico de Basto and to a lesser extent, in the municipality of Mondim de Basto .
