AFA.2018.0188_Appliance and Alteration of an Office Building located at Rua Guilherme Gomes Fernandes nº162 a 164, Vila Nova de Gaia

The project foresees the maintenance of the current affectation of the property - housing - aiming to rehabilitate and reformulate the existing building that is in an advanced state of degradation, and also to enlarge it so as to allow the creation of a total of five fractions with affectation (three types T1 and two typology T0) and a fraction of trade / services, legally framed in the regime of Horizontal Property. The existing property corresponds to a mid / late nineteenth-century building consisting of R / C and 3 floors, trapezoidal plant, with 298m2 of gross building area, inserted in a plot of 82.60m2, with a deployment of 72.20m2 and facing Guilherme Gomes Fernandes Street.
