AFA.2018.0173_Buildings of Avenida dos Aliados, nº166 to 200 and Rua Rodrigues de Sampaio, nº155 to 161 - Oporto

The Building of the Casa de Saúde da Avenida / Clínica Dr. Alberto Nogueira Gonçalves is a project authored by the architect Francisco de Oliveira Ferreira (1884/1957), which corresponds to the initial works permit 697/1930 and the project was, however, altered during the course of the work, which gave rise to a draft amendment - works permit 12/1934: maintaining the functional program, commercial spaces at street level, and doctor's offices / clinic on the remaining floors, the typological scheme and the implantation, having been enlarged the body of the backs, and, in front of the Avenue the last floor, in mansard's room, is changed to another floor having replaced the covering solution in roof of four waters by a terrace cover.
