The present study refers to the application for Licensing instructed under Article 4 of the Juridical Regime of Urbanization and Construction, Decree-Law no. 555/99, of December 16, as amended by Law no. 09/09, to carry out the urban operation corresponding to the construction of 3 new pavilions for the fattening of swine, and a boarding dock, aiming at the expansion of the production of suiìnos already existing in the place, whose property is the company VALORGADO - Agricultura e Investments It is intended to construct 3 Fattening Pavilions + 1 Loading Dock + High Water Deposit in a total of 2,854.00m2 of waterproof area.
