AFA.2018.0162_Rehabilitation, alteration and volumetric expansion of two buildings located at Rua da Fervença, 64/72 and 60/62, for multifamily housing, in Vila Nova de Gaia

The project is characterized by the rehabilitation of two properties. The building with police number 64/72 has a public space with direct access to Rua de Mesquita. The lots have the total size of 177.10m2, with permeable area of 20.10m2 and waterproof area of 157.00m2. The objective of the work is to create 13 autonomous housing units (T0) taking advantage of a common vertical circulation point with stairs and elevator.
