The Alcacér do Sal Detail Plan establishes the possibility of installing "isolated tourist enterprises" in "rustic soil", namely "Rural Hotels", establishing a minimum of 17 hectares for the properties of the Comporta parish. The proposed "Rural Hotel" consists of 72 accommodation units, "Accommodation Units" in separate buildings, a building for the reception and common services of the Hotel and Staff quarters, a building for "other guest facilities" a common swimming pool , tennis court and paddle court. The 72 accommodation units consist of 28 villas, 28 studios and 16 hotel rooms. The set results in a total of 200 beds, thus exhausting the maximum capacity of the authorized tourist beds.
