AFA.2018.0159_Structural Corridor Vale de Alcântara: Campolide Station Project Unit

The project aims to create a pedestrian and cycle route, 3.3 km long, continuous between the Quinta José Pinto in Campolide and Av. De Ceuta in Alcântara, providing for the urban (re) qualification of some of its areas adjacent. With the establishment of this link will be guaranteed, through a green corridor, the continuity between the Forest Park of Monsanto, which borders with Quinta José Pinto, and the Ribeirinha Zone of Lisbon, which borders Av. De Ceuta. It is intended that the creation of this route minimizes the isolation of some neighborhoods / zones that are locked in a road and rail network that conditions and / or prevents connections in soft modes within the city. On this route two works of art will be covered that will ensure its continuity: an upper passage over Av. Calouste Gulbenkian and a lower passage under the railway at Quinta da Bela Flor / Av. of Ceuta.
