It is nowadays verified that the north gable area, adjacent to the tardoz, bordering a lobby of plot 9, was not rehabilitated during the above mentioned external intervention. The wooden structure supporting the slabs is damaged, with structural risk, leading in some cases to the fall of the facade cladding elements. According to information from the owner this intervention was not carried out when the exterior intervention in the building because it was not possible to access the respective hall.
