This is the regularization of the title of industrial exploitation of the company clariause that due to the increase of productive capacity has exceeded the defined limit from which it comes to be covered by the scheme of EIA and PCIP, reason why the realization is carried out of the EIA to be able to regularize / update the title of industrial exploration of the plant.
