AFA.2017.0137_Expansion of the Quarries of Soutela and Tapada da Cela n1

The expansion project for the Tapada da Cela da Granipoças Quarry - Sociedade Industrial de Granitos, Lda, located in Moledo, Castro Daire, will consist of an expansion of the exploration area. This expansion of the quarry aims to strengthen Granipoças' production capacity in terms of the production of granite for ornamental purposes (sidewalk, curb, perpianho and rachão) as well as rough blocks. The current quarry has a total area of 28 792 m2, and the enlargement will result in a quarry with an area of 84,312 m2.
