The project has the objective of licensing a tourism enterprise, a 4-star category Hotel-apartment / Tourism, which is intended to stimulate tourist attraction, with 34 hectares built by the rustic buildings called the Outeirão Hill and Outeirão's Nest. It intends to reforest a significant part of the land. By liberating the maximum area for forest use and protecting and conserving nature, the building is composed of a reception and recreation center, 66 accommodation fractions, divided typologically into T1 - 32 fractions and units and T2 - 34 fractions and 3 maintenance support units. The buildings have only one floor above the sill quota, and are set on a pile.
