AFA.2017.0131_Recovery and Valorization of the Convent of Jesus - Setúbal - - East wing and north wing, cloisters, church and high choir

The works aim to recover and restore the mentioned elements ensuring the maintenance of their authenticity and its characteristics. It should be noted that several conservation and restoration works were already carried out in the first phase of the project. According to the opinion published in Official Letter No. S-2016/414800 (CS: 1144701), "... Some of these elements are either already totally intervened (in the case of the chapel and 7 altars) or partially (2 altars, of Calvary and altar of the Assumption of the Virgin) (1st phase of the project), now requiring only cleaning, a review of the conservation and restoration interventions already carried out and the subsequent replacement in the choir.
