The project for the construction of a collective housing building (9 fractions) and a single-family dwelling, was subject to archaeological pre-evaluation, since it was inserted in a city area formally conditioned from the archaeological point of view, in the Heritage Charter of the Municipal Master Plan (PEPA 25 - Campo do Rou station) The station of Campo do Rou corresponds to an archaeological zone where traces of occupation of the Roman and medieval epoch were detected, with particular incidence in the low zone, being not yet perceptible the limits and the nature of this occupation.
