The project involves the complete demolition of the interior of the building, construction of basement for parking and construction of two new volumes attached to the existing building. The existing building is characterized by its parallelepipedic form that runs horizontally along an axis, in the west direction, with 2 floors and top entrance, by the crosshead Rocha Martins. The interior of the building is not in good condition and the project is based on the preservation of most façades, practically maintaining the nascent and west façades, and the introduction of alterations in part of other larger façades, making possible the expansion Of the building. The exterior alterations and the total demolition of the interior of the building create the constructive conditions for the introduction of the floor in a basement of parking, that will occupy great part of the area of ​​the building.
