AFA.2009.0013_Logistics Platform of Leixões - Pole 1, Gonçalves, in the RECAPE phase of the Execution Project, Matosinhos

Following the field work, 5 patrimonial elements were identified and registered, 4 of them of archaeological nature and 1 of ethnological nature. There is evidence to justify appropriate measures in concrete situations: - For asset element 1, given its location within the area to be affected by the project, the class C minimization measure was proposed. As a general minimization measure, permanent archaeological monitoring is proposed while deforestation work is carried out and involving soil movements at the subsoil level to the geological substrate. It is essential that the minimizing measures be rigorously put into practice. The archaeological monitoring of the works should be systematic and face-to-face in all phases involving the execution of foundations of the supports and the establishment of new accesses or the improvement of existing accesses.
